When booking your Carp Fishing week with Bigot Lakes you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking Terms and Conditions

A deposit of 25% of the total cost of your booking is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit must be received within 7 days of your booking request and is non-refundable. If the deposit is not received within 7 days, we will consider the booking as cancelled. The full sum (less the deposit paid) is due 10 weeks before the date of your booking. You will be advised of the exact date once your deposit is received. We are happy to arrange a schedule of staged payments with you if required. If you book less than 10 weeks before the date of your booking, you must pay the total cost at the time of booking. If full payment is not received by us on or before the due day, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and re-advertise the week as available.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your confirmed booking less than 10 weeks before the start of your booked week, you will forfeit all monies paid. If you cancel your confirmed booking more than 10 weeks before the start of your booked week, we reserve the right to retain all monies paid to date. However, if we are able to re-sell the cancelled week at the same price, any money paid by you (less the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded, subject to the re-booked week being fully paid for and completed by the new booking group.

General

All travel arrangements to and from the venue are your responsibility. We do not accept any responsibility for any disruption, howsoever caused, to your travel arrangements. The number of people included in your group is fixed at the time of booking. No additions to the number in your group can be accepted unless agreed with us in advance before the start of your holiday. Complaints will not be considered after the end of your trip.

Liability

Under no circumstances will our liability to you exceed the amount that you have paid to us.
